Time to change tailors

Because Gieves & Hawkes, by appointment to sundry Saxe-Coburg-Gotha / Battenbergs, and the top end of the UK spook establishment (apparently) has just comped Livingstone with a rather nice suit.

I'm taking my business elsewhere, or rather would do if...

Looks quite slick, yes.

I wonder when the bastard is going to get himself a state funded dacha?

Maybe his mate Hugo has one lined up for him.

Ah, he's only got one of the cheap 'downstairs' suits. When I was young and foolish I had a bespoke suit made there in the upstairs bit where the real toffs go and you're assigned not only your own tailor but a cutter, too.

Still, I would have expected Ken to plump for Hugo Boss. Whose wiki entry includes having designed a range of 'sports casual' field clothing for, er, the SS.

only once have I gone bespoke (apart from some shirts) I have a shooting coat made , it was supposed to have a suede patch on one shoulder , some idiot messed up and put two on , it looked lke the sort of thing jock ewing would have worn. Needless to say it went back, they made me another , a friend of my mothers collected it for me and some bugger stole it from her car , that put me off for life.
Although a bespoke vicuna over coat would go down nicely

Only ever bought off-the-peg G&H stuff _ shan't do so again in a hurry! Can't see Turnbull & Asser giving freebies to Red _ not if they want to keep Prince Charles's busienss.

Now we must not boycott Aussie businesses but we should boycott certain tailors. We need a register of the correct businesses to boycott. I'm a little confused - although Ken's tailor is an obvious starter.
